Refunds
We do not grant refunds if you change your mind or misuse the Product. Please choose carefully before you buy.
Liability for defects
Please check the product immediately after you receive it from us.
If you find a defect in the Licensed Product, you must tell us by email to contact@tempixeldesign.com.
The procedure to report a defect is as follows:
you must report to us as soon as any defect is discovered, but not later than 2 weeks from receiving your purchase.
please tell us clearly what is the fault you complain of and other information to enable us to identify it.
If we agree that the Licensed Product is faulty, then we shall:
correct the error and come back to you within 5 days, or
immediately send a new copy to you, or
refund the full cost you have paid.
Which of the above remedies will depend on the kind of fault identified. If it is a minor issue, Tempixel Design reserves the right to not grant a refund if the product can be repaired or replaced.
