We’ll send you access to your template via a contributor invitation email from Squarespace within 2 business days. The invite will prompt you to either create a Squarespace account or login to your existing account.

You’ll also get a confirmation email with instructions on how to access our guide library. Read these before you get started.

Yes, 100%. The Squarespace platform is one of the easiest website platforms to learn to use. Our templates are uncomplicated to use and come with access to our guide library to help you. The guide library is largely written text, so you don’t need to sit through video tutorials.

However, our guides are not a course on how to use Squarespace. For more help with using the SQSP platform, see the Squarespace help centre ↗ for articles and videos. Most template purchases also come with 90 days of friendly Tempixel email support.

Our templates are built for Squarespace 7.1, the latest version of Squarespace. All templates use Fluid Engine, which is 7.1’s default drag-and-drop editor.

After you’ve designed your site, you’ll need to buy:

• a Squarespace plan (see pricing ↗. Our templates also come with 20% off your first year of SQSP on a new annual plan)

• a custom domain

There are numerous domain registrars out there, so you can shop around to find a service and price that suits you.

For website templates, unfortunately, we can’t. But we can deliver your chosen template to your Squarespace account as a new site.

You’ll need to supply the email associated with your Squarespace account at checkout.

Once your new site is ready, all you need to do is move your domain ↗ over, before deactivating your old site.

The video lightbox gallery is currently the only template that requires installation into an exisiting website.

Absolutely. You can make as many or as little changes as you like!

We’ve also designed the templates so you can just replace the placeholders with your own content and without making style changes.

We do not grant refunds if you change your mind or misuse the product. Please choose carefully before you buy.

If there is a fault with your purchased product, we’d be happy to email with you to find a remedy. Depending on the issue, this could be a replacement, repair or refund.
